Art Appreciation Club focuses on enriching the lives of students through art. Our club participates in field trips to local museums, galleries, and festivals, engages in fun hands-on activities related to certain art styles, and learns from various guest speakers on their inspiration and techniques behind their artwork. The officers, who have all taken AP Art History previously, also provide help for current students in this class. Art Appreciation Club is overall an interesting and eye-opening club that emphasizes the need of art in society. It is still not too late to join! We hold meetings once a month and have many activities throughout the year. See Mrs. Dershimer for any more details.
